Satisfaction guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with your first order of Trizenca®, contact us within [30] days of delivery at [support@trizenca.com] and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund of that order.
Returns of unopened product
Unopened, unused product in its original packaging may be returned within [30] days of delivery for a refund of the product price. For the safety of all customers, opened or used consumable products cannot be resold and are only eligible under the satisfaction guarantee above.
How to start a return or refund
Email [support@trizenca.com] with your order number and the reason. We’ll send instructions. Please don’t send items back before contacting us.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days after we receive the return or approve your request. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within [7] days of delivery with photos and we’ll replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend a trackable method; we can’t guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards, final-sale items, and opened consumable products (except under the satisfaction guarantee) are not returnable.
Subscriptions (if offered)
You can cancel, pause, or skip a subscription anytime before your next billing date in your account or by emailing us. Orders already processed follow this policy.
